29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) Woodshop area of Western Bee: On March 31, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards due to an exposed opening on an electrical supply box. The electrical supply box was centrally located in the wood shop.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Woodshop area of Western Bee: On March 31, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards due to the outer sheathing of an electrical cord that was broken and exposed internal wires. The outlet was centrally located in the wood shop in close proximity to the air supply line.
