29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Vinton Construction Inc. project site on US41 at Winneconne Ave, Neenah, WI: On and about 4/15/15, four employees were working on a bridge when the parapet height was less than 39" which exposed them to falls greater than 20' to pavement.
