29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a)Lallier Construction at 926 Coofman Street, Longmont, CO 80501; On and before May 12th, 2015, the controlling employer failed to establish a program for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person designated by the employer. Subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet.
