29 CFR  1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area:   a) Lallier Construction, Inc. at 2680 S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910: On and about June 16, 2023, and at times prior, warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area. Employees were exposed to fall hazards during roofing work of a commercial building that was taller than six feet. Work was taking place in the southwest corner and along the southern edge of the Take 5 building's roof. Lallier Construction Inc. utilized a warning line system that partially enclosed the work area, but warning lines were not erected on the southern side of the roof. This condition exposed employees of Lallier Construction Inc. to more than a 15 ft fall hazard.
