29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(vii): Ladders were used as a brace, skid, guy or gin pole, gangway, or for other uses than that for which they were intended, unless specifically recommended for use by the manufacturer: F/V Rival, adjacent to G Street Pier- On or about 5/6/15, and at times prior thereto, a 10 foot Werner aluminum ladder was used as a gangway exposing workers to fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
