29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Grant Rd., Taylors Wood, Winslow, NJ : On or about 05/26/2015, an employee of WRD Home Contractors, Inc was performing framing work on a 3 story multi-family apartment style new construction structure. The worker was using the first floor exterior wall top plate as his working/walking surface without any form of fall protection and was thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 11 feet to the ground.
