Laurel NJ: A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees on this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about 11/19/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a- Building 500, 2100 Deal Drive, Mt. Laurel NJ: Two employees, not wearing fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 15 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities from a residential structure's roof with a pitch of approximately 4 on 12. One of the exposed employees had not received fall protection training from a competent person at the time of the worksite inspection. Condition noted on or about 11/19/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTAITON FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 11/19/15. WRD Home Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1073661, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/15, with respect to a workplace located at Kirby Court, Mi-Place Apartments, Mount Holly NJ.
