At the inspection site, exposing employee(s) to conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to their health or safety. Note: The elements of an effective safety and health program may include, but are not limited to, the following: Management commitment and leadership, assignment of responsibility, identification and control of hazards, training and education, recordkeeping and hazard analysis, first aid, medical training and assistance, frequent and regular inspections a) Commercial property at 134 Route 73 North in Voorhees, NJ, 08043- Southern building, western side: Employer did not initiate and maintain effective safety and health programs including accident prevention programs on or about 1/14/16. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
