29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Kirby Court, Mi-Place Apartments, Mount Holly, NJ : On or about 06/25/2015, two employees of WRD Home Contractors, Inc were performing framing work on a 3 story multi-family apartment style new construction structure. The workers were using the third floor exterior wall top plate as their working/walking surface without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 33 feet to the ground.
