29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 190 Summerlan Place, Neptune, NJ: On or about 5/27/2015, employees of Perfection Roofing and Siding were conducting roofing activities on the steep sloped roof of a two story residence. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 16 feet from the roof's eves to the ground below.
