Perfection Roofing & Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1157854, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/16, with respect to a workplace located at 425 Inman Avenue, Colonia NJ.

Perfection Roofing & Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059881, citation number 1, item number 2(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 08/07/15, with respect to a workplace located at 217 Mantoloking Road, Brick NJ.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
