The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, October 19, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.1411(b)(1), issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows: Located near 8400 Blackjack Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio: On or about May 27, 2015, a Grove, model RT650E, serial 221421, 60 ton rough terrain crane was traveling within ten feet of an energized 69,000 volt power line. The boom of the crane was positioned approximately four feet from the energized line. b. The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, October 19, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.1411(b)(4), issued as citation 1, item 2, and described as follows: Located near 8400 Blackjack Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio: On or about May 27, 2015, a Grove, model RT650E, serial 221421, 60 ton rough terrain crane was traveling within 20 feet of an energized 69,000 volt power line without a dedicated spotter.
