29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) Capital City Group, Inc. located at 230 E Long street Columbus, OH, 43215: On and preceding July 29, 2019, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment were made by a competent person. Two non-managerial crane operators working at the site were exposed to potential hazards which include but are not limited to struck by hazards, electrical hazards, and fall hazards as a result of frequent and regular inspections not being performed and corrected by a competent person.
