29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: On or about 06/03/2015 employees at the Murphy Road Recycling facilty were exposed to electrical hazards. NEMA 12-480 volt electrical panel was not designed for large amounts of water exposure.
