29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all name-plates and markings were in place and maintained in a legible condition: Employees operating forklifts in the facility were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employees were exposed in that the control levers which moves the forks were missing the markings to indicate which direction the operator should move the lever(s) to avoid moving it in the opposite direction and striking someone or something on the: a) Caterpillar forklift (Model GC45-SW8 SN-AT8702673) b) Caterpillar forklift (Model GC25K SN-AT82D00384)
