29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: a) Manko Windows Systems, Inc., 17500 E 22nd Ave., Denver, CO , 80011: On or preceding March 18, 2021, the employer had a 20 pound propane tank stored near two gasoline containers near the glazing area. This condition exposes employees to explosion and fire hazards. Note: Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6, 3.3.6 Do not store cylinders near highly flammable substances such as oil, gasoline or waste.

Employees use chemicals for window and door manufacturing operations. A bottle in the Windows Area did not have adequate labeling, and was labeled "Lacquer Thinner". b) Manko Windows Systems, Inc., 17500 E 22nd Ave., Denver, CO , 80011: On or preceding March 18, 2021, the employer had not provided properly labeled secondary containers for chemicals that were not intended for immediate use. Employees use chemicals for window and door manufacturing operations. A bottle behind the glazer was not labeled at all. c) a) Manko Windows Systems, Inc., 17500 E 22nd Ave., Denver, CO , 80011: On or preceding March 18, 2021, the employer had not provided properly labeled secondary containers for chemicals that were not intended for immediate use. Employees use chemicals for window and door manufacturing operations. An unlabeled bottle of oil was in the glazing area. Chemicals in the workplace included, but were not limited, to the following: 1. IGS3723B-2011 (flammable); 2. Alcohol (flammable) ; and 3. Lacquer thinner (flammable); 4. Oil (flammable); and 5.
