29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  a) Manko Window Systems, Inc. 17500 E 22nd Ave Aurora, CO 80011: On and before March 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure the walking/working area in the production area were free from tripping and slipping hazards, in that electrical cords are not kept in an orderly manner, and aluminum shavings were not effectively removed from the work area floors. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.

It was observed the Elumatec AF 223/01 End Milling Machine was not adequately guarded adhesive tape was used to prevent metal chips from flying and injuring employees. This condition exposed employees to eye and face hazards.

The opening was large enough for fingers to enter and contact live electrical conductors.
