On or about June 29, 2015, on east side of a new commercial construction frame structure, two employees taking measurements and installing framing materials on the edges were not protected from a 23 feet 8 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.    c.  On or about June 29, 2015, on south side of a new commercial construction frame structure, two employees removing wood from a forklift near the edge were not protected from a 22 feet 2 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.    Action Concrete Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911300, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 3311 Bradley St., Huntsville, AL 35805.
