29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface six feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges were under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail. a) On or about February 25, 2020; on the east side of the worksite, employees were installing framing on the leading edge of a roof of a new construction hotel at a height of 65 feet without the use of fall protection systems. Action Concrete Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1268813, Willful Serious citation number 02, and was affirmed as final order on 5/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Alf Coleman Road Panama City, Florida.
