OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an electrical hazard:    On 7/7/2015, at the Murrayville facility, an employee was exposed to electrical wiring entering 277v ballast light that was not protected from abrasion.    Among others, one feasible and useful abatement method to correct the hazard is to ensure that Factory Mutual or Underwriter Laboratories approved 277v ballast lights are used at the facility; and that they are inspected to conform to their original manufactured condition:  with all electrical wiring entering a 277v ballast light that is protected from abrasion.
