On or about 5/26/2020, at the Fieldale Farms Murrayville facility, the employer did not ensure employees performing sanitation activities using caustic chemicals including RS577, AFCO 5344, and Sodium Hypochlorite, used appropriate eye protection exposing workers to serious eye injury.
