29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A Log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA From 300 or equivalent), was not completed in detail as required by the regulation: Fieldale Farms Corporation - Murrayville Plant - On or about 8/22/17, the number of restricted days were not entered for each recordable injuries and illnesses recorded in the OSHA 300 log for 2017: a) In live hang, an employee experienced wrist pain and a cyst on 4/26/17; b) An employee trimming experienced a left rotator cuff strain and a left wrist sprain on 5/29/17; c) An employee trimming experienced pain in his/her right forearm on 5/24/17; d) A floor person supporting the debone department developed an illness on the right small and middle finger on 4/25/17; e) A maintenance employee suffered a mild concussion and laceration of the head on 8/6/17; f) An industrial truck operator experienced a contusion to the left foot on 7/18/17; g) A dumper operator experienced a contusion of the right middle finger on 8/2/17; h) A QC Tech experienced a contusion on the right hip on 8/11/17; i) A wing cutter experienced a laceration to the right little finger on 8/11/17; j) A scale operator experienced a back strain on 8/10/17.
