Employees utilized the ladder for activities that  included, but were not limited to, cleaning the posts.      B.)  United Refining Company dba Kwik Fill/Red Apple - On or about 7/8/15, and at times prior thereto, an employee was utilizing a 20 ft. metal extension ladder that was missing the warning labels/stickers.  Employees utilized the ladder for activities that included, but were not limited to, clearing the posts.
