29 CFR 1917.127(b)(1): Potable drinking water was not accessible to employees at all times.: a) Ceres Marine Terminals Inc., Norfolk International Terminal, Building #6, Doorway 6D: On or about 08/05/2015, potable drinking water was not accessible to employees in that a garden hose was used as a vessel to provide water to employees, thus exposing employees to possible contaminates. No abatement certification or documentation required.
