29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1): Exit routes shall not have flammable, explosive, combustible gases or flammable furnishings stored in the exit route. a) 1800 Ogletown Road, Newark, DE - Exit route at the main entrance of the building - On or about August 10, 2015, the employer failed to keep exit routes free of flammables, as propane tanks were observed stored outside next the exit discharge. Note: Note: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
