The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315492298, citation number 1, item number 2A and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1400 S. Front Street, Caliente, NV 89008. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315492413, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/29/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 300 S. Richmond Road, Ridgecrest, CA 93555. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315681775, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1340 Financial Blvd., Reno, NV 89502.
