29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) At the BLM Lake Havasu Radio Maintenance Bay, exit access/egress was approximately 26 inches and obstructed by trash can and file cabinet. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2 which was contained in OSHA inspection number 307507293, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/12/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5600 Science Center Drive, Anchorage, AK 99507.

(a) At the BLM Lake Havasu Maintenance Bay Warehouse, haphazardly stored materials on top of gray metal lockers were not secured from collapsing. The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312394174, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/24/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Oregon Street, Vale, OR 97918.
