29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):  The employer did not have a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet as required.  a) At the BLM, Hole in the Wall, shared common areas, gym, kitchen and laundry room area there was no complete inventory for all chemicals such as Blaster Spray lubricant, Kirkland liquid gel, scouring powder, Clorox germicidal bleach, Ajax bleach, Super acrylic commercial grade multi-purpose cleaner, Purple power degreaser, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner and many others.  The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315492306, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at BLM Caliente, 1400 S. Front Street / Box 237, Caliente, NV 89008.  The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315492413, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/29/2011, with respect to a workplace located at BLM, 300 S. Richmond Rd., Ridgecrest, CA. 93555.  The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315681841, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/19/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1340 Financial Blvd., Reno, NV 89520.
