29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Flammable storage was not kept in closed metal containers stored in a storage cabinet or in safety cans:  (a) Force Account Maintenance: On or about August 13, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to; approximately one gallon of Kleen Strip Green Safer Paint Thinner, one gallon of Jasco Premium Paint and Epoxy Remover, one gallon of Kleen Strip S-L-X Denatured Alcohol and one gallon of Kleen Strip Acetone that was stored improperly.
