29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  35 Cantor Place, Chesterfield, NJ: On or about 8/24/2015 two employees of Constructec Corporation were observed conducting framing activities on the second story floor decking of a multi-story new construction residence.  The workers were observed without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of 14 feet.   The employer, Constructec Corporation,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002493, citation number 01, item number 001 a, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 146 Preservation Blvd., Chesterfield, NJ.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
