29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were climbing on the guard rails of the basket, and were using planks for a work position: a) 3 Stillwell Lane, Chesterfield, NJ: On or about 10/20/2015, an employee of Constructec Corporation was working from an elevated manbasket/aerial lift, conducting framing activities. The worker was observed standing on the mid and top rail, as well as using planks as a work position. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift: a) 3 Stillwell Lane, Chesterfield, NJ: On or about 10/20/2015, an employee of Constructec Corporation was working from an elevated manbasket/aerial lift, conducting framing activities. The employee was not using any form of fall protection wearing a harness or body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
