29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. 21 Jamieson Way, Hillsborough, NJ - Hidden Brook at Belle Mead Development  Employees engaged in residential framing activities were not protected from falls by use of guardrails, safety nets, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees installing floor joists were observed working from the wall top plates of the exterior walls without the use of fall protection.   Violation observed on or about September 12, 2015  Constructec Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002493 citation number 1, item number 1/a, and was affirmed as a final order on December 31, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 146 Preservation Boulevard, Chesterfield, NJ.
