29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not have a complete list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that is referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet as required: a) Visitor Center: On or about August 25, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to ingestion, absorption and inhalation hazards while using chemicals such as but not limited to; Bio Renewable Glass Cleaner, NABC Non-Acid Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner, Spartan Consume Eco-Lyzer Neutral Disinfectant, SparCreme Liquid Creme Cleaner, Brady Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polisher and many others with no complete inventory for all chemicals. THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT WAS PREVIOSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALANT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315681841, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND AS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SPETEMBER 23, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1340 FINANCIAL BOULEVARD, RENO, NEVADA 89520.
