29 CFR 1910.110(d)(10): Precautions were not taken to prevent damage to LP gas system(s) from vehicular traffic: (a) Standard Steel, LLC - Melt Shop Filling Station - The above ground propane storage tank located in an area subjected to vehicle traffic was not protected on all sides against damage, on or about September 9, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
