The power strips were located at, but not limited to, assembly lines 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 64 and were not approved for use, exposing employees to an electrical shock and fire hazard.      b. Located in the Assembly Department at 9000 Smith's Mill Road in New Albany, Ohio: metal boxes with double duplex receptacles were placed on the floor beneath numerous belt conveyors. The metal boxes were located at, but not limited to, assembly lines 25, 26. 56. 57, 65. The boxes were not secured in accordance with their UL listing and labeling, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
