29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(i):Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment.  a) Accell, Inc. located at 9000 Smith's Mill Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054: On and preceding April 5, 2021, the employer did not ensure that unused openings in circuit breaker boxes were effectively closed. A piece of cardboard was used to cover a missing circuit breaker at location 38 of the circuit breaker panel P12, thereby exposing employees to a 110/220 volt electrical contact hazard.

Product was stored within 36 inches of the Line White 9B 110/220 volt circuit breaker panel.
