29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) Heat Sealing Area: The guard on the Heat Sealer was not adequate, in that the opening where the jig and product entered the sealing area had an oversized opening where an employee's hand could reach the point of operation during the operating cycle.
