29 CFR 1926.152(f)(3): Flammable liquids were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within 50 feet of the operation: Construction site: On or about September 11, 2015, the employer did not ensure a fuel can filled with gasoline was stored at least 50 feet from a kettle heating hot tar for a roofing project. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.
