29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about March 22, 2016 employees were working on heights above 6 feet without a guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Gil Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 14648 Rockbridge, El Paso, TX 79938. Gil Systems Roofing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947696, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 14729 Cactus Crossing, Horizon City, TX 79928.
