29 CFR 1926.152(f)(3): Flammable liquids were used where there were open flames or other sources of ignition within 50 feet of the operation. Construction site: On or about May 30, 2016, the employer did not ensure stored propane cylinders were at least 50 feet from an operating hot tar kettle. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards Gil Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR1926.152(f)(3)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1129141, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at BLDG 2, Fort Bliss, TX 79916. Gil Systems was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR1926.152(f)(3)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091153, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at BLDG 56 Fort Bliss, TX 79916.
