29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) For employees working at Lots 68 and 69 on Wood Path located in Auburndale, as observed on or about September 22, 2015. Employees working on the roof at 18 feet height were not protected from falling by any fall protection systems. The Cirilos' Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1048586, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5321 Bentpine Cove Road in Duval, FL 32224.
