29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 380 Union St., West Springfield, MA: On or about October 5, 2015, three employees were working on this steep roof, more than 13 feet above the ground below without any fall protection. Sun Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.132 (a) (snow removal from roof), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313208746, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at River Run condominiums, Northampton, MA.
