The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under �1926.502(e). (a) Location - 44 Tennis Plaza, Dracut, MA On or about 05/25/2022, employee was exposed to fall hazard while working at heights greater than ten feet with no personal fall protection in a mobile aerial lift.
