29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which took the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: 200 N Main St., East Longmeadow, MA: On or about March 5, 2020, the controlling employer designated a safety monitor who was observed performing roofing functions instead of the safety monitor function on this commercial roof, while the person he was to monitor was working outside the warning lines more than 25 feet above the ground below.
