29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: Commercial building under construction; North Side, Genie Aerial Lift (Model: S65, Equipment Rental Number: 10095938), On or about October 15, 2015, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet in height to the unpaved ground below, when welding steel beams while standing on the mid rails of the aerial lift.
