29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:    a) Facility: The employer did not establish or implement a written respiratory program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(I)-(ix) with worksite specific procedures for required respirator use. An employee was required to wear a tight-fitting half face respirator when performing chemical container changes in the tunnel washing area, on or about 10/19/2015.       Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
