29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      a) The employer does not require the use of any form of fall protection while installing sheathing to the roof.  The violation was most recently at Bellaton subdivision, Lot 140, 24543 Alex Court, Daphne, AL. On November 4, 2015 Mega Construction failed to protect employees from fall hazards by not providing and/or ensuring use of a fall protection method while installing plywood to a 6:12 pitched roof which exposed the employees to falls of 9-feet from the eave to the ground below.      Mega Construction Co. Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943435 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 12439 Cressida Loop, Daphne, AL.
