29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a) B-side Extrusion Press - An employee working on the extrusion press was exposed to hazardous materials from an unlabeled, tagged or marked Gatorade bottle half full of oil, on or about October 1st, 2015. b) B-side Extrusion Press Floor - An employee working on the extrusion press was exposed to hazardous materials from an unlabeled, tagged or marked cut down metal bucket with an unknown type of grease, on or about October 1st, 2015. c) Spencer Industravac - An employee working on the Spencer Industravac was exposed to hazardous materials from an unlabeled, tagged or marked diet green tea jug with an unknown type of oil, on or about October 1st, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
