29 CFR 1910.213(c)(2): A hand-fed circular ripsaw was not furnished with a spreader to prevent material from squeezing the saw or being thrown back on the operator:    a) On or about November 19, 2015, and at times prior, a worker was exposed to struck-by hazards when cutting wood material on a Delta 10 inch circular ripsaw while the spreader was not installed.
