This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. d) On or about November 18, 2015, located in mezzanine adjunct to the tote floor, the employer used the Essex Royal 8/4 type SOOW flexible cable for electrical panel "N" to power Bay #8. This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. c) On or about November 18, 2015, during filling activities, located in Production Line #1, the employer used an electrical cord running through the wall as a substitute for fixed wiring to power different machines. This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. d) On or about November 18, 2015, during filling activities, located in Production Line #7, the employer used a flexible electrical cord with 4 plex knockout boxes running through the wall as a substitute for fixed wiring to power different machines. This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. e) On or about November 18, 2015, during mixing activities, located in Tote Floor, the employer used electrical cords as a substitute for fixed wiring to power vibrating system for 8 hoppers. This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. f) On or about November 18, 2015, located in mezzanine adjunct to the tote floor, the employer used the Essex Royal 8/4 type SOOW flexible cable for electrical panel "N" as a substitute for fixed wiring to power Bay #8. This could create a fire hazard and the potential exposure to electric shock and burn hazards. The Subco Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950981, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1150 Commerce Drive, West Chicago, IL 60185.
